- In the original packaging, with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery

- Cosmetics, earrings, or other personal items
- Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs

If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days.
